Runjhun elegant necklace set
The main body of the necklace is composed of five parallel strands of small, uniform, seed pearls (moti).Near the upper chest area, the pearl strands are punctuated by symmetrical, multi-layered spacer bars. These sections feature tiny, faceted beads arranged in horizontal bands, bordered by gold spacer units to anchor the strands.
The large, rectangular pendant mimics classical South Indian temple architecture (Gopuram style). It features a highly intricate, openwork framework filled with filigree and fine granulation (Rawa work).
At the heart of the pendant is a detailed repoussé or die-struck depiction of a deity, consistent with traditional temple jewelry aesthetics. The pendant is subtly accented with small, inset cabochon stones. A small green stone sits near the upper central crest, while two red stones are placed symmetrically at the lower corners of the main rectangular frame.
